Refund policy

At The Doe Lifestyle, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products.
Returns are accepted only in the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective.


Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing our support team with clear photos, videos and order details. As we have also mentioned on our packaging to take a video before opening the product so we can assist you better in rare case of damage in transit.


If the claim is verified, we will offer either a replacement or store credit.
Due to the nature of the product, we currently do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.


Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for replacement.
The Doe Lifestyle reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet these
conditions.
